Tui Blue Han River is a vertically integrated boutique hotel that redefines urban hospitality through a design-led, narrative-driven approach. Located within a 29-storey mixed-use tower in Da Nang, the hotel elevates the guest journey by positioning its Sky Lobby on Level 22, creating a distinct transition from the city into an exclusive, view-oriented environment.
Guided by the “Royal Voyage” concept, the project interprets the cultural and historical layers of Central Vietnam through architecture rather than decoration. Influences from Hue, Hoi An, Cham heritage, and the Han River’s trading legacy are embedded into spatial sequencing, material selection, and interior detailing, forming a cohesive and immersive identity.
The hotel combines lifestyle-driven amenities - including rooftop leisure spaces, dining, wellness, and meeting facilities - within a compact vertical footprint, demonstrating precise planning and operational efficiency. Guestrooms, from Deluxe to Presidential suites, maintain a consistent design language aligned with international brand standards.
By merging cultural storytelling, vertical planning innovation, and global hospitality benchmarks, Tui Blue Han River establishes a distinctive boutique model within Da Nang’s rapidly evolving urban landscape.
