Hasen Haus reimagines the local restaurant and bar as an immersive spatial journey inspired by the instincts of a wild rabbit - alert, curious, and seeking both shelter and discovery. Designed as a sequence of descent, concealment, and emergence, the space guides guests through layered interiors where light, shadow, and texture shape a sense of depth before opening into more social zones.
Rather than relying on conventional layouts, Hasen Haus integrates spatial storytelling into the dining experience. Organic circulation paths, varied seating scales, and tactile materials create moments of intimacy, exploration, and connection. Its “hide–reveal–emerge” design approach, combined with atmospheric lighting and raw finishes, transforms architecture into an active part of the F&B experience.
