In an era where dining is about more than just food, Forest redefines the restaurant experience by embracing its core essence: serenity. Designed by STUDIO 40, the space does not rely on spectacle to impress. Instead, it gently welcomes guests to breathe, linger, and savor each moment. Inspired by nature’s quiet elegance, the design features warm wood, stone textures, and soft earth tones. Terrazzo floors made with local stone and wooden shutters in place of curtains reinforce the connection to the surrounding landscape.

Forest stands out for its smart transformation of a narrow, high-ceilinged space into a versatile and comforting environment. Whether for a quiet lunch or an intimate celebration, the layout flows with ease. Lighting is subtle and focused, spotlighting only the dishes and turning each meal into a thoughtful ritual.

More than just beautiful, Forest represents quiet innovation. Its sustainable materials and considered design create not only a place to dine, but a space to reconnect with stillness, balance, and self-awareness—an example of how Asia’s F&B interiors can offer both purpose and peace.
