Dhawa Hanoi and The Lakeside Complex is a landmark development overlooking the tranquil expanse of Giang Vo Lake, composed of two distinctive towers - one housing a five-star branded hotel, the other a LEED-certified, Grade-A office building - seamlessly connected by an elevated e-deck that encourages fluid movement and interaction.

 

A masterclass in multi-disciplinary architecture, the complex integrates hospitality, business, leisure, and entertainment into a cohesive and elevated urban experience. The hotel tower hosts grand event ballrooms adaptable to a wide spectrum of functions, alongside a curated collection of restaurants, and a vibrant casino and e-gaming hub - all designed to engage guests across moments and moods. In parallel, the office tower embodies modern sustainability and efficiency, offering premium workspaces in a green-certified structure that supports forward-thinking enterprises.

 

Rather than simply accommodating diverse functions, the project weaves them together in a way that feels intentional and seamless, offering a new blueprint for urban life in Hanoi, Vietnam.
