LE PHUONG Spa & Office is a contemporary commercial building in Hanoi that reinterprets Neoclassical architecture through a refined and context-sensitive approach. Designed by XMArchitect, the project responds to the popularity of classical aesthetics in Vietnam while addressing the limitations of superficial, ornament-driven imitations.

The design distills key principles of classical architecture - symmetry, proportion, and the arch - into a modern structural framework. Rather than applying decorative elements, these features are integrated into the building’s spatial and structural logic, creating a sense of authenticity and clarity. The distinctive yellow façade references historic French villas, establishing a cultural dialogue between past and present.

Functionally, the building accommodates both office and spa programs, carefully balancing efficiency, privacy, and user experience. Large arched openings enhance natural light and ventilation, improving environmental performance and spatial comfort.

By merging classical inspiration with modern construction techniques, LE PHUONG Spa & Office offers a new model for commercial architecture in Vietnam that aligns market expectations with architectural integrity, sustainability, and long-term value.
