L’Arcade Fashion Center is conceived as a “miniature fashion capital” in the heart of Phu My Hung, where luxury retail, personalized services, and executive functions are integrated into a cohesive spatial experience. Inspired by a contemporary Parisian sensibility, the project redefines the boutique as an immersive environment where luxury is felt through atmosphere, materiality, and spatial composition.

The design expresses modern luxury through a refined palette of natural stone, glass, and champagne-gold metal, complemented by signature elements such as a sculptural centerpiece, flowing ceiling ribbons, and soft curvilinear forms. These features create a unified visual identity while enhancing the sense of elegance and spatial continuity.

Organized vertically, the project guides users through a layered journey - from open retail engagement on the ground floor to private consultation, fitting, and executive spaces above. A transparent cylindrical elevator anchors circulation, transforming vertical movement into a curated visual experience.

By combining retail, service, and business functions within a single framework, L’Arcade establishes a new hybrid boutique model, delivering both operational efficiency and a refined, multi-dimensional luxury experience.
