The Kross is a next-generation mixed-use development in Ho Chi Minh City, integrating offices and serviced apartments within a 37-storey tower. Conceived as a “crosspoint”, the project establishes a spatial convergence where working, living, and cultural identity intersect within a unified interior framework.
The design draws inspiration from the “lotus vein”, reinterpreted as an underlying spatial logic rather than a literal motif. This concept informs vertical articulation, lighting rhythm, and the interplay between curved and linear geometries, creating a cohesive dialogue between architecture and interior identity.
Office spaces adopt a minimalist palette with light tones to support focus and clarity, while serviced apartments introduce warmer materials and hospitality-driven atmospheres. Natural stone, wood, and tactile finishes are carefully curated to enhance sensory experience and material authenticity.
Key areas such as lobbies, corridors, and residential units are designed as interconnected environments, balancing functionality with spatial identity. Through its concept-driven approach and emphasis on flexibility, durability, and cultural expression, The Kross defines a contemporary interior model that responds to the evolving demands of urban life.
