Vikki Digital Bank redefines the conventional banking branch as an integrated digital and lifestyle ecosystem. The project transforms traditional financial spaces into open, interactive environments where banking, technology, and everyday social experiences converge.

Inspired by the ideas of digital transformation, advanced technology, and green innovation, combined with the aesthetic essence of Indochine culture, Vikki Digital Bank is envisioned as an open and technology-integrated space that introduces a new definition of banking. In this environment, customers not only conduct traditional financial transactions but also experience professional services within a flexible, digitally driven, and highly experiential setting.

A key feature of the concept is the integration of “Vikkafé” - a café-driven social space that softens the formality of banking. Here, financial consultation becomes a casual and approachable experience, encouraging longer engagement and deeper interaction between users and services.

The layout combines digital kiosks, open seating, collaborative areas, and lifestyle zones, creating a multi-functional platform that extends beyond transactional use. This approach enhances accessibility, user comfort, and brand identity.

As a conceptual model, Vikki Digital Bank proposes a new architectural typology for financial institutions - one that aligns with evolving urban lifestyles, supports digital ecosystems, and transforms banking into an engaging, community-oriented experience.
