TUI BLUE Han River is a hospitality interior project located in Hai Chau District, Da Nang, within The Royal Da Nang mixed-use development. The design concept, titled “Royal Voyage,” translates the region’s historical and cultural layers into a contemporary spatial narrative.

Drawing from the heritage of Hue, Hoi An, and Cham culture, as well as the trading legacy of the Han River, the concept is expressed through architectural elements rather than decorative motifs. Patterns, partitions, and material compositions reinterpret these influences into a cohesive interior language.

A restrained palette of metal, wood, mosaic, clay, and leather establishes consistency across public areas and guestrooms, reinforcing spatial clarity throughout the 29-level tower. The design organizes the hospitality experience as a structured journey, aligning brand identity with local context.

By embedding cultural references within proportion, texture, and detailing, the project achieves a balance between narrative depth and functional precision. TUI BLUE Han River presents a refined approach to hospitality interior design, where storytelling, materiality, and spatial organization are integrated into a unified architectural system.
