Coastal Quang Ngai - A Community by HAUS redefines mixed-use development through a human-centered, climate-responsive township model where living, landscape, infrastructure, and community are planned as one integrated system. Rather than treating programs as separate components, the project organizes residential, education, commerce, recreation, and public space into a continuous and interdependent urban ecosystem.
At its core, a 56.5-hectare green-blue network (60% total square) acts as the primary structuring element, linking neighborhoods through shaded streets, parks, playscapes, and pedestrian corridors. This landscape-first strategy ensures that movement, social interaction, and environmental performance operate simultaneously, transforming open space into active urban infrastructure.
The masterplan, led by SWECO, embeds climate intelligence into spatial planning through passive cooling, wind corridors, stormwater management, and permeable surfaces, creating a district that is cooler, more resilient, and energy-efficient. Complementing this, a diverse program mix - from low-rise housing to high-rise residential, education facilities, and community destinations - supports long-term livability and economic sustainability.
By aligning environmental systems, spatial planning, and social programming, CoastaI Quang Ngai - A Community by HAUS moves beyond conventional mixed-use development to deliver a cohesive, future-ready community where urban performance and quality of life are inseparable.
