Coastal Quang Ngai - A Community by HAUS is a residential development that introduces a new benchmark for high-rise living in Quang Ngai, marking a significant shift in the city’s urban evolution. As the first towers of their kind in the area, HH1 and HH2 redefine local housing standards through a design approach rooted in community, climate, and long-term livability.

Positioned between river and sea, the project transforms natural conditions - sun, wind, and coastal exposure - into architectural drivers. The two towers express distinct identities: HH1, inspired by “I'horizon  – The Cloud Concept”, emphasizes openness and lightness, while HH2 draws from “Le’Groves – Mangrove Eco Diversity”, reflecting resilience and ecological layering.

Solar analysis and environmental studies inform the building orientation and staggered massing, optimizing natural ventilation, daylight access, and reducing heat gain. All units are designed with ocean-facing views, reinforcing a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

Beyond architecture, the project integrates a comprehensive system of amenities within a walkable radius, supporting everyday life and community interaction. Coastal Quang Ngai - A Community by HAUS proposes a forward-looking model of residential design that balances environmental intelligence, social value, and coastal identity.
