SOLA Peninsula is a residential masterplan that reinterprets the rare peninsula typology within the urban core of Ho Chi Minh City. Conceived as a balance between urban vibrancy and natural serenity, the project transforms its three-sided waterfront into a “liquid horizon”, dissolving physical boundaries and allowing light, wind, and expansive views to permeate the environment.
The design is guided by a framework of proportional logic, applying the Fibonacci sequence to establish a calibrated “street rhythm”. This spatial system orchestrates movement, openness, and privacy, creating a layered urban experience that unfolds progressively across the site.
Rather than imposing rigid forms, the masterplan acts as a mediator between built structures and natural systems. Villas are strategically positioned to optimize cross-ventilation, daylight access, and visual permeability, while landscape and water function as active spatial elements.
By integrating environmental intelligence with spatial clarity, SOLA Peninsula evolves beyond a residential development into a cohesive living ecosystem. The project proposes a new model of urban luxury defined by retreat, connectivity, and a continuous dialogue between architecture, nature, and human experience.
