So Origin Bangtao Beach Condominium is conceived as a lifestyle-driven residential interior that responds to the evolving “work-cation” culture. Located in Phuket’s Bangtao Beach, the project introduces the concept “Bangtao Around the Clock”, where spatial experiences are designed to reflect the natural rhythm of the beach across a full day cycle.

The design is structured into three distinct phases: Sunrise, Sunshine, and Sunset. The lobby embodies a serene morning atmosphere with light oak tones, soft blue and orange accents, and dynamic façade screens that filter natural light. Transitioning into the Sunshine phase, co-working and fitness spaces are activated with bold colors, patterned furnishings, and abundant daylight, supporting productivity and energy throughout the day. The experience culminates in the Sunset Sky Lounge, where a retro-chic aesthetic fosters relaxation and social interaction against a warm, evening ambiance.

Material selection emphasizes natural textures such as wood, stone, and woven elements, reinforcing a coastal sensibility that is both refined and approachable. By integrating work, wellness, and leisure into a cohesive spatial narrative, the project redefines residential amenities as a continuous, immersive living ecosystem tailored to contemporary lifestyles.
