The French-style Villa in Bac Ninh is conceived as a refined residential environment that embodies timeless values through the integration of classical architecture and bespoke interior design. Developed from the homeowner’s aspiration for a long-term, resort-inspired living space, the project reflects both cultural depth and personal identity.
Drawing from French classical architecture, key elements such as arched openings, balanced proportions, and sloped roofs are reinterpreted to suit Vietnam’s tropical climate and contemporary lifestyle. Rather than replicating historical forms, the design distills classical principles into a coherent architectural language that emphasizes proportion, rhythm, and spatial clarity.
The interiors continue this narrative through a European classical spirit inspired by the classical Louis style of French interior design, featuring handcrafted moldings, ornamental details, and curated furnishings. Many elements are custom-produced by local artisans, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and uniqueness.
Selected pieces from the Đòng Đòng Collection - a furniture collection inspired by Vietnamese cultural identity—were thoughtfully integrated into the interior composition, creating a refined dialogue between European classical aesthetics and Vietnamese cultural expression.
Organized across a basement and four upper floors, the residence balances communal and private spaces to support multi-generational living. Through its integrated approach to design, production, and execution, the project establishes a cohesive spatial experience that bridges European heritage with modern Vietnamese living.
