HAUS Da Lat represents a visionary shift in real estate development - from isolated construction to a long-term cultural and ecological legacy. Positioned on the final prime site along Xuan Huong Lake, the project redefines luxury living through an integrated ecosystem where architecture, nature, and human experience are inseparable.

Guided by the philosophy of preserving future choice, the masterplan avoids conventional density-driven development and instead prioritizes environmental continuity and spatial experience. Architecture by Kengo Kuma & Associates translates Da Lat’s pine forest identity into a contemporary language through organic forms, layered balconies, and timber structures that filter light and wind like natural canopies.

Rather than a collection of buildings, HAUS Da Lat is conceived as a destination-scale environment combining residences, wellness, hospitality, art, and retail within a cohesive framework. The project establishes a new model where ESG principles, cultural programming, and lifestyle design are embedded from inception.

By integrating global design expertise with local ecological sensitivity, HAUS Da Lat positions itself not only as a landmark development, but as a forward-thinking prototype for how architecture can shape sustainable, experience-driven urban futures.
