Head Office Ampersand Management reimagines the contemporary workplace through a design philosophy centered on the warmth of natural materials, cultural identity, and employee well-being. Developed as a high-performance headquarters, the project moves beyond conventional corporate aesthetics by creating an environment that feels both professional and deeply connected to Vietnamese craftsmanship.
Guided by the concept of “Wood Touch”, the office integrates wood-inspired finishes, handcrafted ceramic details, rattan elements, and reinterpreted traditional features such as Non La lighting installations. These elements are not treated as decorative accents, but as integral components of the spatial experience, fostering a sense of belonging, comfort, and local pride within a modern workplace setting.
The design balances focused work, collaboration, and social interaction through fluid spatial planning and carefully crafted transitions that encourage movement and connectivity. Sustainability also plays a central role, with locally sourced materials and efficient construction solutions supporting both environmental responsibility and long-term durability.
