The Vikki Digital Bank office is designed to support the transition from traditional banking to a dynamic, technology-driven workplace. Moving away from compartmentalized layouts, the project adopts an open-plan strategy that encourages collaboration, communication, and innovation.
The spatial organization integrates a variety of functional zones, including workstations, shared desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, pantry areas, and private discussion spaces. This diversity allows employees to choose environments that best suit their tasks, supporting both focused work and team interaction.
Greenery is incorporated throughout the office as a key design element, enhancing visual comfort and contributing to employee well-being. The inclusion of café-style seating and informal areas further promotes relaxation and social connection, helping to create a balanced and engaging work environment.
Brand identity is expressed through the use of colors, graphics, and spatial elements, reinforcing a strong sense of belonging and motivation among employees. Flexible planning allows the workspace to adapt to changing operational needs, including meetings, workshops, and collaborative activities.
Ultimately, the project delivers a contemporary workplace that aligns with digital banking culture, improving productivity while fostering creativity and employee engagement.
